Do you know the feeling, when sometimes you hate your dad so much.

Because of how he puts you under the gun, when you are not ready.

It's like giving a recruit a gun, and asking him to go to the front.

When he doesn't even know how to fire the gun properly?

But, sometimes, your dad, just do something else.

That puts everything back into place, and makes you realize, that the world.

Is actually at war, but he's not leaving you behind?

Yeap, I felt it this morning, and I almost ended up shedding my tears on the bed.

I woke up to see 4 smses from my dad.

And the first thing i thought was, ah, probably getting scolded by him for not going to clear up my mess in the office today again.

But this was what he wrote, in 4 different smses.

"In school it is all about passing tests n exams n how bright you are n how well you can remember things. But being a successful business man has nothing to do with that, only you can know what yr future is, and not others."

"One of the things that is wrong in our highly educated world is that there is this enormous emphasis on IQ, but when you go into the world of business success is all about EQ,which is given no place in school."

"The other great thing about business is that at that the moment when I depend on this guy to do his job n protect me, I don't care which school he went to , I don't care how smart he is, I don't care where he come from, all I know is he has got to do his job to help company survive."

"Everything you do in business must make them feel like hero n heroines n you must acknowledge the contribution they make. Everyone says they do this but very few companies do that, how you galvanise yr company by making them feel that they belong to somethings special."

Pardon for the, broken english at parts, he is not that good with his english, but this were the 4 smses, written to me that is really going to set me thinking today.

And it's emphasized, on this word. Humility.

It's about how, even if we're high up there, we constantly still get help from people down below, up above, or the same level. But that's not the most important thing.

The most important thing, is to be humble.

Be humble when someone is helping you, be humble when someone is teaching you.

Humility. Will make you that better person then you are today.
