And today's smoke,
The Juan Lopez, Corona.


My gastric has been pretty bad the past few days, I don't know why, but it just hasn't been very good to me. I think it's the indigestion and bad eating hours that's been killing it.

So I decided to go for a light fluffy dinner today, and the salmon salad just hit the sweet spot in the stomach. The salmon was real nicely pan fried on both sides, with pretty sweet seasoning, and the salad was tossed really nicely, in some real good spiced up cider. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Along with it, went for a recommended light smoke, the Juan Lopez, summed up my Sunday, not too bad a smoke, I wouldn't say it's very good, but I would say that i'm pretty impressed with the draw of this one, it was really smooth, and it just added that 'spiciness' that was lacked in my salmon salad. Yes, it was a spicy cigar, nothing too intense, but it was just enough, to tingle my taste bud, and make me feel good.

It's been a long week, and I've got another long week coming up.

Thinking of slowing down everything on November, to catch my breath, complete all projects at hand, and try not to run so much sales at 1 time. Time for me to take a break. And slow down the month of November, before kicking it back up for high key, for the Christmas and New Year season.

I know I've been rather short tempered this days, but don't mind me please, it's been a real tough month for me, and I promise to work on my patience.
