Yesterday's smoke.
The RYJ(Romeo Y Julieta) Exhibicion No.3
What can I say, the RYJ's, that I've smoked so far, have never disappointed me with it's mild and intense flavors. And this one is not excluded.
This creative stick, started a little weird, it was more to a floral leathery start. But 2/3's into it, came the significant floral fragrance of this one, it was like a frangipenny(sp?) or like a Jasmine flower. It was mild, and fragrant, leaving a sweet taste on my lips thereafter. I was totally in love with how floral it was, it felt like I was kissing someone with flavored lip gloss or something!
And the last part, was definitely shocking, as I actually tasted spice, that actually stung me at the back of my tongue, can't say I don't like it, but definitely a stick, that was filled with MUCH surprises. Enjoyable, very enjoyable.
This one is going into one of my favorites!

Today's Smoke.
The El Rey Del Mundo Choix Supreme.
Ah, I was craving for a robusto sized cigar today, and I settled for this one, a 2006 piece, El Rey Del Mundo, and boy, was it a kicker.
It started off with woody and leathery notes, going through it, it started having a nutty sensation, with the leather still along with it.
And coming at the end, it ended with a little spice, and still with the leathery note!
Pretty cool, how this one evolved! But there was 1 downside to it.
The draw was okaye, but the burn was really bad, had to re-torch it several times, just to make sure it burns evenly. But still a nice interesting smoke. Will definitely try the other ranges of the El Rey Del Mundo.
